Hackney Self Tape Collective was set up, and is run by, Laurie Kynaston and Thomas "Flynny" Flynn. Laurie and Flynny are both professional working actors with over 20 years combined experience under their belts, working extensively in theatre, film and television. Their credits include Fool Me Once and Bridgerton (Netflix), Derry Girls (Channel 4), Riot Women (BBC), Masters of The Air (Apple TV), The Ferryman (West End), Spring Awakening (Almeida Theatre) among many others.

Mike Noble recently joined the team as an Associate and can be seen in This City Is Ours (BBC), Trigger Point (ITV) and has starred in the West End box office smash The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Nighttime.
